Spouse, de facto Spouse, Fiancé or Interdependent Partner

A visa in the Family Migration Program - which includes all the Partner Visas - does not depend on your skills or your ability to speak English. These visas depend on your relationship with your partner and how you will both live when you arrive in this country.
