The cooker and two room heaters run from bottled gas, which is delivered.

There is mains water, but no mains sewerage. There's a standard hills septic tank and leach drain.

Wheelie bins are collected once a week.

We once had four phone lines connected to the house. With ADSL, we've cut that to two.
