List of Occupations for Skills Assessment with Trades Recognition Australia (TRA).
The
Skilled
Migration Program visas for Australia (permanent visas for migration)
are granted to people who have qualifications or can otherwise prove
that they have a skill to earn a living in this country. The Skilled
Occupation Lists, of which there are currently four, and the Employer
Sponsored Visa list (see our website at http://www.viacorp.com/newsletters.html,
14th July 2010)
have all been recently updated.
In addition, the new lists are now in ANZSCO – The Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations.
Trades Recognition Australia – TRA – is the assessing authority for the majority of Trade Skills. VETASSESS – Vocational Education Training and Assessment Services – are the Assessors for some of these skills, from some countries. We list these separately.

visa you require.
